Go to Settings › Roles & Permissions. Tick/untick Price, Inventory, Draft orders per role and assign users accordingly.
How do I enable GA4 tracking?
Paste your GA4 Measurement ID in Settings › Analytics. Events such as interactive_lookbook_view, wishlist_add, checkout_begin fire automatically.
Can we brand the new public catalogue & lookbooks?
Yes—upload a logo, select primary/secondary colours and fonts in Settings › Branding.
Will existing API integrations break?
No APIs or webhooks change with the redesign. Endpoints and payloads are identical.
What happens on 30 June 2025?
The classic (1.0) UI is turned off. All users see Showroom 2.0 automatically; URLs and data remain the same.
Is there a sandbox to test the new UI?
Your QA tenant already runs Showroom 2.0. Toggle it on via /?enableV2=true if you don’t see the banner.
