The Centra – Visma Business integration keeps order, customer, product, and stock data aligned between both platforms. Visma Business acts as the ERP layer, receiving transactional data from Centra, while stock and product information can be maintained across both systems.

What gets synced:
Centra → Visma Business: Orders, Customers
Visma Business → Centra: Stock levels
Bidirectional: Products (categories, pricing)

How data flows:
- Orders placed in Centra are transferred to Visma Business for financial recording and processing
- Customer records are kept consistent between the two systems
- Product data — including categories and pricing — is mapped during setup and can be managed bidirectionally depending on which system holds the source of truth
- Stock levels from Visma Business are reflected in Centra, preventing inventory mismatches
- Field mapping between Centra and Visma Business is configured during onboarding; a test sync validates the setup before go-live
- Once active, synchronization runs continuously in the background
