Overview
The Centra – Sendify integration connects both platforms so that order and shipment data flows from Centra into Sendify, and carrier updates from Sendify are written back to Centra.
What gets synced:
Centra → Sendify: Orders, Shipments
Sendify → Centra: Shipments (tracking and delivery status)
How data flows:
- Orders placed in Centra are forwarded to Sendify, making them available for carrier selection and label generation within Sendify's interface
- Shipment records from Centra are also transmitted to Sendify with the relevant delivery details
- As Sendify receives carrier updates (tracking numbers, delivery status), that information is pushed back into Centra
- Field mapping covers order details, shipping preferences, and tracking references, configured during setup
- A test sync validates the configuration before going live
- Once active, the integration runs continuously in the background
Setup:
Connecting both systems takes approximately 15 minutes via Junipeer's configuration interface. No custom code or API knowledge is required.
