Overview
The Centra – Route integration forwards order and shipment data from Centra to Route in near real-time. Route is a post-purchase platform providing package tracking and shipping protection — this integration ensures it receives the data it needs from Centra without manual intervention.
What gets synced:
Centra → Route: Orders, Shipments
How data flows:
- When an order is placed in Centra, Junipeer transmits the order details to Route
- When a shipment is created in Centra, the shipment record — including carrier and tracking information — is forwarded to Route, enabling customers to track packages and access shipping protection through Route's interface
- Field mapping covers order details, shipping preferences, and tracking configuration, defined during setup
- A test sync confirms the configuration before going live
- Once active, new orders and shipments in Centra are forwarded to Route automatically
Setup:
Connecting both systems takes approximately 15 minutes via Junipeer's configuration interface. No custom code or API knowledge is required.
