Overview
The 24seven Office – Centra integration synchronizes refund data between Centra and 24seven Office in near real-time.
What gets synced:
Centra → 24seven Office: Refunds (amount, refund category, customer reference)
How data flows:
- When a refund is registered in Centra, Junipeer detects the event and maps the relevant fields to the corresponding structure in 24seven Office
- Field mapping is configured during setup — refund categories, customer identifiers, and amounts can be matched to the correct accounts in 24seven Office
- A test sync is available before going live to validate the mapping
- Once active, synchronization runs continuously in the background
Setup:
Connecting both systems takes approximately 15 minutes via Junipeer's configuration interface. No custom code or API knowledge is required.
