Forecast module turns your sales data into clear, actionable inventory recommendations — so you stop guessing when and how much to reorder.

Set your analysis window and target reorder interval and Forecast module calculates the sales speed for each product based on actual Wholesale and Retail orders during that period. Combined with your current Free To Allocate stock, it estimates how many days your inventory will last and how many units you should order to stay in stock until your next planned order.

The detailed list view gives you everything you need to make confident purchasing decisions: sales quantity, sales speed, days to zero, current stock, recommended order amount, and projected stock levels after delivery. You can refine the analysis by adding delivery lead times to see what your stock position will look like once new inventory arrives — and you can scope the report to a specific product, folder, or collection.

Need to model different scenarios? Export the full report to Excel and adjust parameters to see how changes in sales speed or order timing affect your stock position. Forecast is a planning tool — adjustments made in the module never alter your actual products or stock levels in Centra, so you're free to experiment.
