Overview
The UPS app connects your Centra store to UPS via OAuth authentication, enabling shipment booking and label generation without leaving Centra. Once configured with your UPS Client ID and secret, the app handles the full shipping workflow — from creating a shipment to providing customers with a tracking link.
The integration supports a range of UPS service types including Express, Expedited, Standard, Worldwide Express Plus, and Saver. Shipping behavior is fully configurable per store, covering service type, packaging type, label format (HTML/GIF, EPL, ZPL), label size, shipping terms (Incoterms), paperless invoices, and reason for export. Shipper details including Tax ID and shipper number are configured once per store and reused across all shipments.
