Overview
The FedEx app connects your Centra store to FedEx, enabling shipment booking and label generation without leaving Centra. Once configured with your FedEx credentials, the app handles the full shipping workflow — from creating a shipment to providing customers with a tracking link.
The integration supports a wide range of FedEx service types, including International Economy, International Priority, Priority Overnight, FedEx Ground, SmartPost, and more. Shipping behavior is fully configurable per store, covering service type, packaging type, label format and layout, dropoff method, shipping terms (Incoterms), insured value, and weight unit. For cross-border shipments, the app supports ETD (Electronic Trade Documents), attached document types such as commercial invoices and certificates of origin, and a letterhead and signature upload for customs paperwork.
