The DHL app connects your Centra store to DHL, enabling shipment booking and label generation without leaving Centra. Once configured with your DHL credentials, the app handles the full shipping workflow — from creating a shipment to providing customers with a tracking link.

The integration supports a wide range of DHL service types, including Express (domestic, EU, and worldwide) and Economy options. Shipping behavior is fully configurable per store, including service type, delivery type, packaging type, label format (PDF), and terms of trade (Incoterms). For cross-border shipments, the app supports paperless trade and a separate duty account number, making it well suited for international e-commerce operations.
